Q: What kinds of items do you import?
A: We import English and French antique and reproduction furniture.
We hand select every table, chair, buffet, armoire, cupboard,
cabinet, accessory and garden item ourselves.
Q: If I order something online, how long
does shipping take?
A: Generally, shipping can take up to four weeks once it leaves our
warehouse.
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page
lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you
wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.
However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you
see before confirming your order.
Q: How long have you been in business?
A: We have been servicing customers for over 10 years. We starting shipping
nationwide about five years ago.
Q: Do you appraise furniture?
A: We do not appraise furniture.
Q: How do I get a cost estimate for a custom piece?
A: Call us to make an appointment and we will discuss all your options.
