All custom orders and layaway items are final sale. No exceptions.  To maintain our below market prices, we will only accept returns (other than custom orders or layaway items) for store credit under the following conditions:

1. Item must be returned in original condition with a receipt no more than 7 days from the purchase date.
2. Customer must pay a 20% restocking fee plus applicable pickup (and delivery) fees.
3. Store credits must be redeemed within 12 months of the issue date.  Store credits are non-refundable.

Your privacy is important to us.  Europe Direct Antiques Warehouse ensures its customer's privacy as we do not supply customer information to outside parties.  On some of our web pages you can order products, make requests, and register to receive emails or other materials.  The types of information collected are: Name, Address, Email address, Phone Number, Credit/Debit Card, etc.  This information will not be disclosed to any outside party except to the extent to complete an order (such as shipping).  During your online visit, we collect non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web site.
