Europe Direct Antiques Warehouse strives to bring you the highest quality goods available in the marketplace. However, we do not carry “name brands” as we believe this does not add to the quality of the product—only to the cost. Before you buy, we encourage you to compare our quality and price to any product on the market. We are confident that you will return and purchase from us because of our quality and competitive prices. We stand behind what we sell and are here for the duration. When visiting us you may want to note the following:
Method of Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and checks. PayPal may be used with online purchases.
Pickup:
We will help you load your purchase into your car, minivan or truck.
Please bring blankets or other protective materials, as well as tie-down straps.
Delivery:
We can arrange for nationwide or local white glove delivery
at an additional charge. All delivery fees are the responsibility
of the customer.
Nationwide shipping is handled by a reputable blanket-wrap shipping company that specializes in handling antiques. Most items are delivered within 4-8 weeks from being picked up at our warehouse. All orders are insured. In the unlikely event that damage is evident upon receipt of your items, please report the damage to the carrier and Europe Direct Warehouse immediately so that we can assist in filing a claim. The contract for shipping is between the buying customer and the carrier and any fees associated with the delivery is the customer's responsibility.
Financing:
90 day layaway is available.
Return Policy:
All custom orders and layaway items are final sale. No exceptions.
To maintain our below market prices, we will only accept returns
(other than custom orders or layaway items) for store credit under the
following conditions:
Item must be returned in original condition with a receipt no more than 7 days from the purchase date.
Customer must pay a 20% restocking fee plus applicable pickup (and delivery) fees.
Store credits must be redeemed within 12 months of the issue date. Store credits are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. Europe Direct Antiques Warehouse
ensures its customer's privacy as we do not supply customer information
to outside parties. On some of our web pages you can order products,
make requests, and register to receive emails or other materials.
The types of information collected are: Name, Address, Email address,
Phone Number, Credit/Debit Card, etc. This information will not be
disclosed to any outside party except to the extent to complete an order
(such as shipping). During your online visit, we collect non-identifying
and aggregate information to better design our web site.
